Hounslow Crossroads employs a Chief Executive, a Crossroads Macmillan Care Services Manager, an Office Manager, a Carers Rights Worker, Macmillan Care Co-ordinator, a Care                  Co-ordinator, 2 Senior Care Support Workers and a team of Care Support Workers.

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Hounslow Crossroads is governed by a Board of Trustees, who are legally responsible for the overall management and    decision-making for the Scheme.

The Board of Trustees meets regularly to monitor and review the delivery of service; oversee financial decisions; set and review policies and procedures; and monitor and review recruitment and staffing. They are also involved in fundraising and promotion of the Scheme.

All our Trustees are volunteers and many have had personal or professional experience of caring.

"Trustees need to be able - and willing - to give time to the efficient administration of the charity and the fulfillment of its trusts. We recommend they be selected on the basis of their relevant experience and skills and must be prepared to take an active part in the running of the charity."
