The Commission For Social Care Inspection
Hounslow Crossroads is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). The CSCI is the single, independent inspectorate for all social care services in England and is responsible for regulating social care services to ensure they meet national standards and the needs of those using the services.
As part of this regulation, the Commission inspects all social care services annually. Hounslow Crossroads has been inspected by the CSCI and has met all the standards required and exceeded the level required in many standards.

THE CROSSROADS QUALITY EVALUATION TOOL
The Crossroads Quality Evaluation Tool (CROQUET) is the standard set by our national body, the Crossroads Association, to ensure all Schemes deliver a high quality service to Carers and the people they care for.
CROQUET has three levels, examining Schemes on Governance, Finance, People, Service and Quality issues and is designed to ensure Schemes demonstrate that they reach an agreed standard in all aspects of service provision and work within a Carer centered culture.
Hounslow Crossroads is proud to have achieved all three levels of the CROQUET Standards. In order to achieve each level, the Scheme was visited by two independent Auditors who examined our organisational documents, and interviewed our Trustees, Staff, Care Support Workers and Carers receiving our service.
Our Level 3 Audit report stated that “Trustees and Staff appear to be committed to providing a high quality service and take real pride in their organisation”.
We will continue to be audited for CROQUET on a regular basis to ensure that we maintain our high standards.
INVESTOR IN PEOPLE
Investors in People is a national award given to organisations that have a high standard of training and development for their Staff.
Hounslow Crossroads is proud to have achieved an Investor in People award and was particularly praised for the high level of training given to Staff and the positive effect this has on those receiving a service.
ANNUAL QUALITY OF SERVICE QUESTIONNAIRE
Every year, we send a Quality of Service Questionnaire to all the Carers receiving our service.
This is an opportunity for Carers to tell us what they think of the service we provide and how we can improve the service for the future to ensure we maintain our high standards.
